Services Offered

KarmIQ Astro provides Vedic astrology services, including:

• Free Soul Print: instant chart snapshot covering your ascendant, Moon sign, and current dasha
• Free Compatibility Calculator: classical Ashtakoot baseline plus a four-factor read on two charts
• Quick Clarity (₹999): one focused question, answered in writing over WhatsApp, delivered in 2–3 working days
• Focused Reading (₹1,799): two focused questions, answered as a written WhatsApp thread within 7 days. Introductory pricing — available for a limited time only.
• Deep Chart Consultation (₹5,500): 60-minute live call covering D1, D9, dasha, transits and life themes for the next 12–18 months, scheduled within 7 days, followed by a written summary
• Marriage Compatibility (₹11,500): 60-minute live call after both charts have been read in full, scheduled within 10–14 days, followed by a written summary
• Written report bundles: Trust Blueprint, Compatibility Report, Marriage Blueprint, Career & Karma Blueprint — pricing on each product page
• Priority Delivery (+₹3,500): optional add-on to any tier, cuts delivery time in half, limited slots per month, selected at checkout

Live Consultation Terms (Deep Chart, Marriage Compatibility)

• Duration: 60 minutes, by default via Google Meet (Zoom, WhatsApp Call, or FaceTime on request)
• Preparation: complete the booking form with your birth details, your focus area, and any specific questions; the chart is reviewed in advance
• Scheduling: Deep Chart consultations are scheduled within 7 days of payment; Marriage Compatibility within 10–14 days. Mutual availability may shift these windows slightly.
• Written summary: a follow-up summary of the call is delivered within 48 hours of the session

Written Reading Terms (Quick Clarity, Focused Reading)

• Quick Clarity: one written reading over WhatsApp, delivered within 2–3 working days, with one clarifying follow-up question
• Focused Reading: two questions answered as a written WhatsApp thread, delivered within 7 days. No additional follow-up is included.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may shift slightly in case of high demand or unforeseen delays
• Written report bundles follow the timeline and scope listed on each product page

Refund Policy

Seven-day no-debate guarantee: if a reading does not deliver what was promised, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. No questions, no debate.

For live consultations, cancellation must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled time, or for no-shows.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method; the time taken to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider. To request a refund, email contact@karmiqastro.com with your booking reference.

All content on karmiqastro.com — including text, graphics, logos, visual designs, chart layouts, written interpretations, educational material, and branding elements — is the property of KarmIQ Astro and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
